Eligible Certifier Roles

Gazetted Officer - Group A: Valid for POI, POA, DOB, POR.
Village Panchayat Head or Mukhiya: Valid for POA & POR (Rural only).
Gazetted Officer - Group B: Sub-divisional engineers, Govt Headmasters.
MP / MLA / Municipal Councilor: Valid for POA & POI within jurisdiction.
Tehsildar: Valid for POI, POA, DOB & POR.
Head of Recognized Educational Institution: Enrolled students only.

Critical Rejection Rules

No Overwriting / Whitener: Absolutely zero overwriting allowed.
3-Month Validity: Must be submitted within 3 months of issue date.
Half-and-Half Photo Stamping: Certifier stamp must cover half photo and half paper without obscuring the face.
Mandatory Plain Paper: Must be printed on plain white A4 paper (never on letterhead).
